| Complaint: | ECC blows cold air (does not heat although engine might be warm enough) for some minutes after starting the car. This happens when the outside temperature is lower than 6°C and the car is started again within 2 hours . |

| Cause: | Triple Info Display (TID) hardware deviation results in ECC recognizes a too high outside temperature as a result the ECC tries to cool down instead of heating. |
| Production: | Modified parts have been introduced in produktion as of VIN W0L0XCF0866074319. |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint install new Tiple Info Display partnumber: 13242079 / cataloguenumber: 12 36 729 (TID code CS). Program display with Tech 2 (security code) and carry out temperature comperation in Tech 2 menu program ECC.
Attention: Set ECC to not present in the midspeed - vehicle configuration list.
For model Meriva observe the TSB 1973 in addition (wrong code file in ECC).
