Diagnosis CD changer - Battery discharged

No
Procedure Astra-G:
1. Disconnect negative terminal of battery.
2. Open glove compartment.
3. Remove CD changer
- see working procedure "CD Changer, Remove and Install", unit "N", Service Instruction Astra-G.
4. Disassemble cover wiring harness plug.
5. Skin diagnosis cable integrated in the wiring harness and insert it into wiring harness plug (Pin 4) (Fig. I) .
6. Connect the wiring harness plug to the CD changer.
7. Connect negative terminal of battery.
8. Perform diagnosis by use of TECH2.
9. After diagnosis, disconnect negative terminal of battery.
10. Disconnect wiring harness plug from CD changer.
11. Remove the diagnosis cable from Pin 4 and insulate again.
12. Integrate diagnosis cable in wiring harness.
13. Assemble cover wiring harness plug.
14. Install CD changer
- see working procedure "CD Changer, Remove and Install", unit "N", Service Instruction Astra-G.
15. Close glove compartment.
16. Connect negative terminal of battery.

Procedure Zafira:
1. Disconnect negative terminal of battery.
2. Move passenger seat in front position.
3. Fold up rear seat back.
4. Move 2nd seat bench in rear position.
5. Disconnect wiring harness plug from CD changer.
6. Disassemble cover wiring harness plug.
7. Skin diagnosis cable integrated in the wiring harness and insert it into wiring harness plug (Pin 4) (Fig. I) .
8. Connect wiring harness plug to CD changer.
9. Connect negative terminal of battery.
10. Perform diagnosis by use of TECH2.
11. After diagnosis, disconnect negative terminal of battery.
12. Disconnect wiring harness plug from CD changer.
13. Remove the diagnosis cable from Pin 4 and insulate again.
14. Integrate diagnosis cable in wiring harness.
15. Assemble cover wiring harness plug.
16. Connect wiring harness plug to CD changer.
17. Move passenger seat to original position.
18. Connect negative terminal of battery.

Procedure Vectra-B:
1. Disconnect negative terminal of battery.
2. Open glove compartment.
3. Unscrew 4 headless screws and pull out CD changer.
4. Disconnect wiring harness plug from CD changer.
5. Disassemble cover wiring harness plug.
6. Skin diagnosis cable integrated in the wiring harness and insert it into wiring harness plug (Pin 4) (Fig. I) .
7. Connect wiring harness plug to CD changer.
8. Connect negative terminal of battery.
9. Perform diagnosis by use of TECH2.
10. After diagnosis, disconnect negative terminal of battery.
11. Disconnect wiring harness plug from CD changer.
12. Remove the diagnosis cable from Pin 4 and insulate again.
13. Integrate diagnosis cable in wiring harness.
14. Assemble cover wiring harness plug.
15. Connect wiring harness plug to CD changer.
16. Insert CD changer into bracket, screw-up 4 headless screws.
17. Close glove compartment.
18. Connect negative terminal of battery.
19. Program volatile memories.
